Excellent course, good balance of case study and coles notes of very influential work and books on the subject. Engaging teacher. Very well structured and coherent between them. Very glad I took the time to watch all of the lectures and will keep the guidebook handy. Highly recommended if you are interested in organization effectiveness and decision making.

Learning from all the case studies helped me understand and remember more of the principals of decision making. The ending when the professor taught that great decision makers are the ones who can search out the problems and ask the right questions has confirmed my confidence that my own intuitive nature of asking the right questions should be nurtured even further as I become a critical decision maker.
