Professor Roberto is good. I enjoy his lectures and I am only through the 11th one and already I have adjusted a purchasing plan that initially had me buying a piece of property at any cost and now I will wait till the end of the year when I have more capital to buy the right piece of property to set myself up for success and avoid making any wasted decisions!!!!
