Great overview of modern cultural groups and behavior patterns. Analysis provides both broad strokes and nuance (as much as is possible in just 12 hours), and doesn't either fall back on offensive stereotypes or get hamstrung by political correctness. I especially enjoyed the historical context and the practical tips on how to communicate with people from each cluster.
