Dr. Daileader is a perfectly competent deliverer of the lecture material. But given his clear awkwardness in front of a camera and perhaps a group of students, I find it difficult to believe that was awarded a Fellowship Award in teaching excellence from William and Mary. These lectures are 15 years old, so perhaps he's already taken this advice to heart, but I think he would be one of those people to benefit from taking a few deep breaths or imagining his audience naked before stepping into the lecture hall.
