This is a good soup although he should have said something about the lobster. Good lobster should be as fresh as possible, which means that the lobster should move around (the lobster in this video was not moving much, and it did not look very fresh). He should have also said something about why he chose to make this recipe with chicken lobsters. Select lobsters are usually considered as the best, but maybe there is a reason why he chose chicken lobsters for the soup.
