The material was presented clearly with concrete examples to prevent it from being an abstract disucssion of ides. It is not a marketing 101 course, but if you are a business person looking to understand the ways in which people interact with social media, it is a useful watch. The presenter is not a dry lecturer- the lectures were more entertaining than i aniticpated.

An engaging and interesting survey of the topic, but I would have appreciated more depth.
