This professor is an excellent presenter and does a great job of walking students through the course material. This first lecture is a fine start and encourages me to continue the course. The only thing that would make this better is if they had a live actor as the patient actually explaining their symptoms. Often body language and facial clues are key indicators in a diagnosis. The professor works fine without one, however, it would make the course that much more engaging.
