Chef Sean is great. More cooking videos from him please. Maybe an intro course on sauces?

Chef Sean is great at what he does, and this is a great course indeed. The only areas of improvement would be a) for chefs in general, the two spoons tasting technique, which seems unsanitary because the spoon going in a chef's mouth touches (4 times) the spoon going into the customer's food, and b) specifically, he tends to overemphasize what he's communicating by repeating filler words like "actual", "itself", "really", etc.
