I love Chef Briwa's lectures and have learned a lot, but this series was the first that I was disappointed with. Not with Chef Briwa but, as others have said, the lack of the guide book with written recipes so I can make what he demonstrates. This is what customer service had to say - "After reviewing the content of Delicious Dishes for Every Season: Fall, this "course" is part of our extra content. The extra content is bonus material specifically for our PLUS subscribers. The bonus material does not include guidebooks. Regarding the recipes, Chef Briwa doesn't use exact recipes while cooking. Instead he teaches the student to use their sense of taste to figure out the right proportions. He does not provide exact measurements for his courses." In other lectures of Chef Briwa, there were guidebooks with recipes which gives you a starting point. In fact in Lecture 1 - Chef Briwa refers to the "recipe in front of you"!!!!
