Like the other Law School for Everyone courses, this one was excellent. Unlike the other courses I think this one has given me information I am more likely to use because I now see how many contracts I enter into everyday without really thinking about it. The law is complex and these courses do not make you an attorney, but they give you a basic understanding of those complexities so you will know when you need the help of an attorney.

Comprehensive and well organized course. Subject matter is challenging, so you may want to consult the Study Guide to put the various doctrines in context. Professor Horton dis a great job of presenting the material through a blend of case studies and common sense intuition.
