I thought it was a good course. Good for a beginner like me. I thought they could have gone into more detail with some more material for each discipline. They should probably devote 12-16 lecture courses for each discipline. Also, they should add another camera angle for the backside of the drills so those watching can imitate their form better.

Not an awful resource for beginners, but somewhat poor execution and extremely rudimentary techniques make this less valuable than it could be. Additionally, it fails to look at (very successful) western martial arts, indicating that it may be more focused on exotic mysticism than on actual self-defense. Serves as a good supplement (not replacement!) for beginners and children who are taking their first few classes in any of the featured martial arts.
