Robert Greenberg is probably the most prolific, entertaining and edifying of lecturers for The Great Courses. I would dearly love to see more of his work made available here. Mr. Greenberg is amusing, engaging, intelligent, insightful, entertaining and delightful. He invests classical music with life and gravitas, lifting it out of a pedantic tomb into the sunshine of modern sensibility. I wish I'd discovered these lectures twenty - no, thirty - years ago!
