Love the more natural setting in this particular Ross series with swaying palms and real sunlight as opposed to TGC studio setting. The closeups of body movements are very helpful and unique to tai chi videos from my own exploration. This is my favorite tai chi course of all courses I've watched. I use river rocks as my "tai chi balls" and they work well.

Professor Ross is an excellent instructor and from a beginner's standpoint, felt like I could keep up and easily understand his instructions. I would love to see him do another course broken into daily workouts. Thank you!
