I wasn't sure I'd leave a 5-star rating at first, cause I figured "Ah, this'll be fun, not like it'd come in handy as much as the other courses I'm watching". I was very, very wrong. I love cooking now — even as much as eating! This course provided me not only with some base recipes, but the motivation to cook I never had before. I can now make a bomb frittata and eggplant tart (never even used to like eggplant), and cook most of my meals without a microwave. Thank you for this course; very handy for a vegetarian. :)
