This was an excellent series. I tried one of the recipes and it was very easy to make and delicious. My only comment is that I wish the chef would give some approximate measurements. I think he probably doesn't so that you make it based on your own individual tastes, but I think it would be helpful to have at least approximate measurements. Still a five star course in my opinion.
