Wow! What a fantastic series. I Binged watched it over the course of a couple days. Chef Briwa is a wonderful teacher. He makes a 75 year old man WISH I could take his classes in person! This has been my Favorite of the Great Courses I have taken to Date. Thank you, Chef Briwa for your excellence!
