Biotechnology and Agriculture

Taught by Professor David Sadava | 31 min | Categories: The Great Courses Plus Online Science Course

Changes in our environment affect the plants we grow and thus the food we eat. I enjoyed this immensely! Very well done. Terrific. Cannot say enough good things about this series of lectures.

Professor Sadava becomes more animated and enthusiastic as the course progresses. This course was just right for my level of genetic knowledge - very limited. I intend on watching it again. Highly recommended. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the course is 8 years out of date. Would love to see an update involving the new CRISPR technology.
