I am a first-term Ancient History MA student. This class helped me immensely by providing me a good ancient technology background with which to examine some of the archeological evidence I've encountered. I will go back to this course again for refresher. Well presented and entertaining.

An amazing course, complimented by many physical scale models. Elementary engineering is helpful for every student of history or history enthusiast. I also recommend the other course of Professor Ressler, "understanding the world's greatest structures".
