There is a great deal of excellent information in this course. The speaker could be more riveting, and the actual yoga was not as enjoyable as I'd hoped, which is why it has a 4-star rating rather than 5. I had unfairly rated it 3 stars in a moment of impatience and this is meant to replace that rating.
