Really hard to keep pace while trying to learn the movements. The inhale,exhale commands come quickly and the commands are not intuitive I would imagine to most people. Rotate this, extend that, breath, squeeze this. By the time you look back to the screen she's talking about something else. I would recommend that you don't practice along with her and instead pause and repeat the movements and then do it on your own time.

So nice to find a course that introduces many styles, emphasizes breathing, and gives insight into what to look for in a good yoga teacher
