Adobe Photoshop CC: The Complete Guide

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had great hopes. I ordered "The Complete Guide" hoping to get the basics in Photoshop, enough to begin using it with more sophistication. And for the most part, I am getting the basics in concepts and terminology. The first several lessons I have watched, however, have been a bit tedious as the instructor spends more time it seems creating graphic forms than editing photographs. (Maybe this course would be more helpful for budding graphic artists?) He also assumes the student already knows some of the concepts he's teaching. Meanwhile, I was hoping for more tutorials in actual photographic post processing. As I am still working my way through the classes, maybe we might get there. Still, this course is helpful, and I intend to finish watching the classes and perhaps rewatch them to learn the process better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I am surprised that Great Courses The content and the instructor were, I think, very good. The quality of the video however was terrible. I didn’t get through the first class due to the inability to see what was happening on the instructors screens. It could have just as well been a podcast. This release was not up to the normal high quality videos that GC releases. This is one that you absolutely need to see the screens clearly.
