Father Dominic Garramone is a monk of Saint Bede Abbey in Peru, Illinois. Known as the Bread Monk, Fr. Dominic shares his knowledge of all things bread through church workshops, cookbooks, culinary demonstrations and the PBS show “Breadhead Minutes.” His travels have allowed him to inspire every age and level of baker.
