
About Jill Carroll
Jill Carroll is a scholar, speaker, and writer. She received her PhD in Philosophy of Religion from Rice University. For more than 30 years, she has taught classes in humanities and religious studies at colleges and universities, including Rice University and the University of Houston. She also served as the Executive Director of the Boniuk Center, an institute dedicated to promoting religious tolerance, at Rice University. She is a popular keynote speaker and the author of several books, including World Religions: A Beginner’s Guide.
