Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Help in Managing My Digestive Disorders Later in life, I started to have issues with my digestive system. I have probably read a dozen books on nutrition as well as worked with specialists. This course really did help make nutrition clear for me. The lectures were well-planned and interesting. I especially liked the FAQs. Thanks for developing and offering this course. It is very worthwhile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Information I really enjoyed these lectures and felt they were worthwhile. Roberta Anding gave some excellent examples of how people go wrong in nutrition. My husband, a family physician for 38 years has told me of the very principles that Ms. Anding emphasized. She knew what she was talking about. She made me more aware of using better nutrition on a daily basis. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nutrition made easy! Fantastic course on all aspects of leading a healthy and nutritious lifestyle. Professor Roberta Anding is brilliant and dynamic in her delivery of the science of nutrition. The Professor's energy, personal and professional experience make this course a GEM!!! I have been enjoying The Great Courses/ Wondrium lectures since 2002 and place this course in the top tier. Even though this course is a bit dated, the knowledge gain is just as meaningful now as it was in 2009 when produced. Additionally, there is absolutely no reading a monitor for the Professor, she is a pleasure to observe! Highly recommend this course!! Worth every moment of the 36 lectures!!
