Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for kids - but just for kids It's writing reviews like this that make me wish there was a better review/rating system. IF this was for young children through early teens, I'd give this "5 STARS!". The instructor is definitely the "favorite teacher" type. That being said - and being a tinkerer/builder/sciencer myself - I guess I was expecting something with a bit more bite. From an experienced tinkerer's perspective, I would have a hard time giving this a rating any higher than 2. Perhaps Wondrium should start sorting courses according to knowledge level AND age appropriateness. For instance - that 13 year old that understands calculus might still have a hard time with most calc instructors. But if there was a *fun*, kid-oriented calc course - it might not be appropriate for an adult trying to brush up on their math skills. With that sort of rating system, I'd grade and rate this pilot as 5 stars for ~5 to ~13 year olds, and another 5 stars for excellent novice-level material :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Memorable! Well, this pilot brings back olde memories. Back in the school days, doing a KITT circuit from Knight Rider was the main acheivement to showoff your skills in like-minded fried circle. This is a nicely done pilot, engaging and enthusiastic professor. Hope for a full course!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please build up a full course! I would like my young child to start tinkering and getting ideas from this course. It's got the simplicity yet fun-factor needed to get young children interested in STEM for the future. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please make more lectures! I'm so pleased to see this topic on Wondrium. Electricity is something I don't know much about from a practical side of things. I am looking forward to seeing more in this series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and engaging Sure, there were a couple of small errors in explanations - I did not notice them at first, actually, the activities were fun to watch. I appreciate simple explanations and the introduction of terminology when it was needed. It is a well put together tutorial. I would like to see more of this type of activities. Simple and creative. Demonstrations were great and tips were very helpful

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A second error in this lecture In addition to the error in the bulb's polarity mentioned in another review... a second error is electrons flow from negative to positive not from positive to negative as stated in the lecture.
