Rated 1 out of 5 by from disapointing You could do better by simply surfing through you tube. You also could take a few books out from the library. This you must pay for but you wont be any more knowledgeable on the subject matter than before you watched..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and well worth watching I have watched all but the last episode of this series and I think it is well worth watching. The series consists primarily of interview with three male athletes and a woman entertainer. All of them speak very honestly about the traumas that they have experienced and how they were able find help. These interviews contain some pretty heavy material, but as a social worker I found them to be worthwhile on both a personal and professional level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deeply emotional and intimate These are really a series of interviews with people who have faced their own demons and struggles. Their stories are extremely personal and I think they do a great job in conveying a message of hope. Don't think of this as a clinical class discussion but instead an emotional and intimate view on how people handle adversity.
