Very interesting and informative. For anyone interested in the history of the bible this is a must watch. He does a great job presenting the information. I really enjoyed the series.

Enjoyed the course until the 6th lecture when it turned from being academic to polemic when discussing contradictions in the New Testament. He actually gets his audience to chuckle when pointing out issues, and adds sarcastically, "How does that work?" Not as good as other religious lectures I've listened to or watched from The Great Courses.
